anyone have carfax??

I noticed a nice light blue monte ss for sale on my way to work. (its been there for about 2-3 weeks now). It is friggen goregeous so I assumed they wanted like 6 or 7 grand for it. I finally stopped and looked at it and they only want 3800 or best offer.

It was about 2am when I looked at it, but it looks great, no rust underneath. I'm definitly going to give it a good going over tomorrow.
