anyone had infinity kappa components and 6x9s in their interiors?

i was curious as to how they sound and how they hold up? it says they are 4 ohm on the box but ive heard they are 2 ohm stable. i have the infinity reference amp 90watts RMSx4@2ohms. just curious if it was a good investment?

I use to have a set in my 1999 honda civic hatch powered by 60 watts they sounded pretty good I would get them again but I dont use rears anymore.

i was always in love with infinity kappa perfects but never had a chance to try them.

i wanted to try the infinity kappa perfect DVC sub and never got a chance.

instead i tried a fosgate comp set since i got them for $65 BNIB for employee discount and a pair of P3 since i got those for $80 BNIB.

i did some research on my new car when i was ready to buy a set and heard they BLOW BLOW BLOW. INFINITY SUCKS BALLLSSSS> lol

for the price of the kappa perfect components in 6.5" which are around 200 shipped give or take

the pioneer ts-c720prs are AMAZING AND BLOW THE INFINITY OUT of the water. BNIB on EGAY they are 225-250 shipped. AMAZING midbass and run awesome on active amplification

never got a chance to run the pioneer i jumped straight to focal 165k2p since i got a fair deal on them

I have a pair of infinity perfects. They are the loudest things I ever heard in my life. With those, you don't need any other speakers in the car. You have to power them right. I would not put anything else on the amp with them and give them a couple of months to break in. They are built to last and will take a lot of power!

i had infinity kappa's in my s-10 for about 3 days. imo they sounded like *** and i gave them to a friend. the woofers werer the worst part of them imo. i now have the pioneers in my sig and they sound 10x better imo and seem to take the power just as well as the infinity's.

infinity is about sq... not bass??? i have infinity kappa 3.5 2 ways in my dash and infinity kappa 6.5 3 ways in my doors and 6x9s 3 ways in my rear and a infnity ssi 12 inch sub... they are NICE ... you get what you pay for. main speakers like that ... infinity is the most costly... for comps i want to get the infinity perfects... or an infinity kappa amp... not sure yet.

but any ways... they get **** loud and can do more im sure. and they SOUND NICE
