Anyone Got a Zune?

Let me understand this:
I can copy CDs I currently own to mp3 using whatever compression I want.

Can I use my existing content? Because creative is ghey, I had to copy songs downloaded from Rhapsody to a CD and then rip. Is that a mp3?

I can take a look-see at the files. How do I know if they will work.

This mp3 is too much of a hassle. I guess I have to keep buying CDs instead of legally downloading them off the net

It should play all the MP3 and wma files you have no problem.

It wont play shit from crap like itunes without converting it.

It works for me because i prefer to just buy CD and rip them.

How reliable is the Zune? My fucking pos iPod just died about an hour ago now and I think I'm done with iPod. It's been showing signs of its imminent death for several months now.

I'm mainly trying to decide between a Zune or a Creative.

I set up the software and ripped my music.

I haven't bought any Microsoft points or used their download service but i could have.

I think i might sign up for the unlimited monthly service... download a shit ton of albums...strip them of the DMR and then cancel the service.
