anyone good at desiging ported boxes that might be able to help me out

I'm still learning how to design boxes (mostly learning how to get correct calculations for tuning frequency), but you'll need a 2+ cubed box. Whatever size after 2 cubed you prefer, is up to you, but that's what you'll need.

me and my friend are pretty good at designing boxes. We got most of our Ideas from these guys that make boxes called "snail shells" these boxes are the best I have ever heard. they put two 6's in the back of a suburban and they had ppl from stereo shops sit in there car and guess how big the subs are. ALL of them said at least 2 15's but there only sixes,so that just tells you how good they are.

its the "E" which is the only one i know of for a 15k

no he was refferring to not port the flat cone K. I kno of many people porting the old version K's and heard nothing but great things

heres the ported box im building for my ed15k. heres the design http://www.xbox-connection.com/hostedimages/boxdesign.jpg and the port is gonna be a 4" wide, and 9.589 long PVC port.
