Anyone gave up on trunk cars?

Not saying you can't get loud in a sedan(especially if you go all-out with a wall) but deep down inside you know you can be louder with the same equipment in an SUV, van, hatchback or a wagon.

Any trunk car owners feel me? It's kind of frustrating when you think about it... all that work and headache in the trunk just so you can go to a show and have some brah with 4 15s in an Explorer or something generic beating your score like jocks picking on nerds in highschool.

I chose to build a trunk car this year. I find it is much more of a challenge then anything else.

hatchbacks are especially LOUD, they are just like SUV's but the roof is a lot lower so the sound is better

I dont consider sedans with fold down seats to be true trunk cars. try getting a Towncar like mine loud. that is hard bc its a REAL trunk car.

Im not bitching. im stating a fact. and no, when you get what your parents give you its not that easy. but i love my car and im thankful that ive been provided with it.

i agree with the op my 75 impala just wasn't loud enough then i moved the same equipment to my hatchback and holly **** what a difference
