Anyone else seen this? It was published about a week ago so it may be a repost. I think this is how the whole legalization issue should go. Some people just hear legalizing marijuana and think "Now my 10yr old will be able to pick it up!". Those are probably the same parents who blame McDonalds for making their kids fat though.

So if a state trooper catches you with a bag then you can be fined/arrested/ whatever, but if a denver officer sees it, then as long as you aren't visibly intoxicated with it or using it it is ok? like the brownbag deal with alcohol?

still illegal under federal law, you'd get busted. Police have already agreed to ignore that law.
