Anyone familiar with these Cadence subs

Are they decent? I know they are an old series of sub. I can't make out what series it is.

Pic works for me and some of Cadence stuff has been decent but nothing spectacular. I have seen the series before but i dont recall the name, nor do i have personal experence with that one.
