anyone ever used PRV audio subs?

PRV Audio 15W1000 15" High Power Waterproof PA Woofer 8 Ohm | 294-2741

96.5 db-spl????? 90 bucks??? These could be perfect for my cheap high SPL stationary frathouse build. They don't look flashy but decent sized magnet and 3" coils too. Anyone used PRV audio before? Are these specs legit? Recommended box size is gigantic and xmax is low but that's not a problem for my build. If these specs are true I would have 10db of efficiency on most of the other woofers I've found. What do you guys think?
