u should have called to make sure they're in stock, if they're not they won't tell u unless u ask. and obvioulsy they can't ship until their in stock, so.. call and check up on em!

x2 on calling to make sure they are in stock. I ordered an amp from them, and then started thinking it was odd they were the only ones still selling it. Called them and sure enough it was not in stock and they were never going to get any either. They did issue the refund right away though.

I've purchased other things from them with no problem though.

you need to make sure that your definition of backorder and there's is the same thing. That was what they told me at first about the amp. They said backorder as in "we will not get anymore".
