Anyone ever get LASIK done?

For reference, I paid $3900 total back in 95/96, and they waited 3 months between eyes because with PRK the healing time is more like a month. I had to wear one contact for 3 months, but due to dust couldn't wear them at work, so had to wear glasses with a clear glass blank---that sucked.

Still, no regrets.

Well thanks for your concern but did you ever think that my illegal activities are MY business and not yours. I dont need the usual, drugs are bad, if it was legal you would say otherwise just cause its legal.

It became "my business" as soon as you posted it in a public open discussion forum. Asking for advice. No where did I say drugs were bad. I simply said stop using them for your recovery time. If you wish to take the risk and continue to smoke during recovery, that's your choice. I'm not forcing you to do anything. You perceived my post as an attack because of your maturity level. Re-read my post. All I said was stop using it for a week. Only because no one will know the effects it will have on your recovery.

If you find that non helpful and perceive it as an attack, then you have a abstract view on my intentions. And no doubtably have a negative personal view of my screen name.

is there a big difference between the prk and lasik? Or is it basically the same thing just not cutting?

the forum does that when people use all caps, its onlycaps the first letter.
