fixed!!!! **** i feel like a dumb *** it was the fuse to the aux batt from the car batt the whole time. it was popped but im for sure i been checked it, i just changed the fuse to another anl fuse like the one from my amp to the batt. sorry for the trouble but thanks for the help. the simplest shit had me runnin around spendin money on irrelevant shit. hahaha.
