Anyone ever been to Vegas?

Me and a few of my 21 year old friends from college want to go to Las Vegas this summer, and stay at the Aladin hotel. Any tips at all? And is it really a good place for college students to go? Im not a big gambler really, but i love drinking and going out.

I'm born and raised in vegas and still currently living here. Since you've never been; the strip will blow your mind. Tons of things to do and if you sit at a slot machine and appear like you're gambling you get free drinks, lots of $2 steak dinner specials, tons of entertainment, a lot of "escort" services, "happy ending" massage parlors, night clubs, bars, and a few rollercoaster rides, I reccomend the big shot on the stratoshpere.

my friend wants to do a package deal off of priceline, and it is like 600 bucks per person for 5 days w/ airfare and staying at the Aladin. How does that sound?

We go every year for CES. The strip will definitely blow your mind the first time you go there. You MUST go to the top of the Stratosphere, but do not eat at the restaurant if you like money..lol. If possible, go see the Blue Man Group....its an awesome show. I just went May 1-5. Great time especially if you're going with friends. That town NEVER freakin sleeps. I never slept more than 5 hours at a time. Also did a round of golf while I was there. Only problem is there wasn't enough sober time to be able to remember all of it.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I would definitely go again. But be careful, if you're not gambling the drink prices will KILL you. I can do without $6 Miller Lite bottles and $11 Jager bombs. Other than that its great, I stayed in the Venetian.

Vegas is alot of fun,can be very pricy,esp when you want tp have

Mandalay bay has a GREAT pool area, so does Hard Rock.

The last time I stayed at Aladdin, we sweet talked the check-in chick into a pretty decent upgrade! (wallet on the desk...the lure of a quick $20 extra for her)
