Some people just don't understand, they see a big exhaust and a bunch of diesel smoke and think its a race truck. Sure its fast for a heavy *** truck but its not a 10, 11, or usually even a 12 second vehicle by any means.

I go truck pulling with the owner of ATS Diesel and he has TONS of money in his truck and he is barely got into the 12's (that is at 5000+ ft elevation though) Go here and click on the first video under drag racing (Clint)

Some people just don't understand, they see a big exhaust and a bunch of diesel smoke and think its a race truck. Sure its fast for a heavy *** truck but its not a 10, 11, or usually even a 12 second vehicle by any means.

Your retarded did you not read what I put, there are several parts to be replaced, piping, chip, turbo, boost fooler, wastegate, and then yes roughly an extra 800lb/ft. Just on stock with a banks chip you can gain an extra 300lb/tq on power mode. Add in a upgrade turbo and eliminate the back pressure and yeah 800lb/ft extra in a 7.3 powerstroke is very realistic.

it may be possible but you would need another 8-10k in cooling, transmission parts and rear end components to not grenade your drivetrain, none of that will handle 1300 lb/ft of torque.

I dont give a shit what unleaded goes too its the Diesel thats killing everything,......Trucking and frieght of goods is whats inflating this country...IMO make unleaded whatever and lower Diesel to half unleaded....The stuff is a byproduct anyways

This is true. many of the smaller and privately owned trucking companies may even go out of business. I dont think some people know how much it costs to fill up a semi. It all depends on the tanks which can hold between 100 and 200 gallons and with a semi that has 2 tanks and 200 gallons, even at $5 per gallon you are looking at 2 grand to fill up that entire big rig. Since it costs more to travel, then trucking companies are going to charge more for shipment and suppliers will charge more to cover that extra cost.
