Anyone else not able to create threads in classifieds?

It hasnt let me create a new thread in classifieds for 2 days but i can create everywhere else anyone else having this problem?

pissing me off I can post in existing threads but not create but only in classifieds I can post anywhere else.

Now I cant create new threads in Subwoofer. WTF is going on? Ive tried 2 different computers, I.E, Firefox, nothing works
