The aforementioned spicy shit is the worst though.
It seems that the only way to get some relief from the constant *** cheek burning is to shove some toilet paper between your cheeks or spread them apart in the shower.

wipe with tissues instead of tp, maybe even wet them a little if it is really bad

fold the tissue over and put some baby power on it, put it between your *** cheeks and stand up, wedging it between them. it will stay there unless you have a loose *** or wiggle it like a *** while you walk

I love spicy things, where I draw the line is prepared extracts of capsasin (sp?) that can reach millions of Scoville units...screw that. I want to enjoy the sauce, not light my mouth on fire from a toothpick drop of the stuff...

i enjoy spicy stuff as well. i normally put cayenne pepper on just about everything. Especially when im broke and eating cup ramen noodles.

I keep a bottle of Dave's Insanity Sauce in my desk at work for when I get a burrito.
I love spicy food, but my stomach hates it. And all the stomach medicine in the world only postpones the inevitable. The medicine will help the pain for the time being, but once it wears off the pain comes back. The only way to cure the pain is to take a brutally hot shit.
