Sometimes when i am talking on my cell phone, it will lose the signal completely, and the phone will freeze...it wont let me hang up until the other person does, and as soon as i hang up it will have full signal...is this being caused by my phone or the service, need to know in case i need to save up for a phone..

BTW its cingular and its the moto v400

no, but my phone sometimes freezes without making a call, and then sometime it just shuts off. oh, and i lose the menu icons sometimes, jsut some of them though, not all of them.

i bought the samsung a950 - its from verizon that phone is the best great quality mp3 all that good shit - if you buy it online its 200

Haha, I took my 6100 in a lake swimming with me for about 5 minutes 'til I realized it was vibrating in my pocket. Took the battery out and let it dry for a few days. Been a great phone to me since then. NEVER buy a kyocera - I had one as my starter phone and the battery would last a few hours and then not charge. LG and Samsung are great phone providers and I THINK my next phone is going to be a Motorola RAZR V3, despite what revrider1 said.

I am not saying anything bad about them, I just had to many problems with mine. They are nice phones, I think they are a little overrated though.

the problem i have is with cingular. my fone doesnt have good signal. and wen i talk i hear echos
i have cingular as well, and i too get some echos, but rarely. reception in my area is decent. i have the nokia 3220. call cingular and ***** about reception and magically you will get better reception for the next 3 months or so. have you ever noticed that you get great reception when you first buy your service from a phone company. supposedly you get a higher ranking (for lack of a better term) for reception. something like a higher class, but it is only temp. cant really explain it too well.
