Do you place your bets online or with a someone local. I used to deal with a local guy back in FL but I moved and lost touch. Never trusted the online sites because I haven't met anyone who used them.

We used to just place bets over the phone or in person, but me and a friend brought in so many new people to our book that he began getting watched/attracting unwanted attention from local police.

Like 1.5 years ago he came up with his own betting website, but there is no actual money on the site itself. It's all fake money to anyone who looks into it, but the bets are real we just pay in person. Like i collect the $$ for my 10-15 ppl i brought into it, as do other people and we just all pay at once to him. Or we'll collect the cash and get a postal money order, then just mail it to him.

For new comers my bookman requires a deposit(obviously), but for me and a few others that have been going through him for years he isn't worried about us paying up.

One of my wealthy former co-workers placed a series of multi thousand dollar bets one weekend and almost pushed my bookman into the negative. My former co-worker just did bets for fun and between 8 games by the spread and 2 parlays, he ended up with like $65,000 in cash(he won every game and each bet was multi thousands per game).

Woot!! Missouri covered the 7.5 points and won by 10.

I got 6 guarantees today and 4 more that I'm pretty confident with also. I'm already 2-0 this week(South Carolina beat Ole Miss on Thurs.) and hopefully this one can turn into a monster. If anyone is looking for a couple picks, let me know I'm willing to share my skills.

^^^ Not if you win... I only bet on college football because that's what I'm good at, alot of people just bet on games just to get the gambling rush.

Since the beginning of the 07-08 season(that's when i started keeping track, bet very little before then) I've won 68% of the bets I've placed. I'm up $$ wise anywhere from $12k - $15k. Since I started I've only had 2 losing weeks, this is because i place 6 -12 bets weekly(depending on what i like/don't like) and the wins generally will overtake the losses.

There are some review sites out there; I think sportsbookreview.com is one of them. I personally use pinnaclesports.com (best in the online biz with great juice) and bet365.com (lots of variety).

i forgot to mention being that i live in canada we have a legal lottery that you buy at the store and you can play point spread on ncaa football,nfl,ncaa basketball and hockey and baseball etc.I don't have a bookie nor do i gamble online, i just go to the store and fill out the sheet. Its 100% legal, its like buying a lottery ticket but with sports.
