its not right though, not quite as big as you wanted, and not tuned quite as low, but I doubt you'd notice the difference.

just use the reaudio.com box builder, I emailed them and asked if the calculations were correct and they answered back. Yes, Why wouldnt they be.

its your maximum external dimensions, and a 2.5inch wide port... the port also ends 2.5inches from the centre divider.

it varies. sometimes they are pretty accurate and other times they are bad off.
