Anyone dealt with window leak?

Its been a few weeks now after i still everything in my blazer and my rear right window has a tiny air leak. Whenever the sub hits certain notes i can hear a slight squeak from that area of the car and i pinpointed it theres about a 2 inche spot along the window trim on the inside it looks like maybe the caulking is bad in that spot. what would be the best way to deal with this? im going to be getting my windows tinted soon so if caulking was needed i was going to wait until after that.
