Anyone bored and wanna sketch up a box design for me?

I just went out and took some measurements to fit a box in the back of my Explorer...

Came up with this.

depth 10"

width 44"

height 16"

Thats pretty much what I have to work with. Id like to do 4 8"s ported.

Any ideas?

I would say its around 3 cubes.... no?

Ive got 2 4" Aeroports sitting here...

14" from flare to flare.

in 3 cubes, what would 1 port make the tuning freq?

What about 2 ports?

I want to do 4 8"s firing up. I do have 2 4" Aeros, measurements are listed above. If I was to use either 1 or 2 of those, what would my tuning freq. be? If not, a slot port design will do.

Would like to tune around 35 or so. If the aeros will work, and I have to sacrifice some low end for ease of just screwing these in... so be it.

ok so the box is tuned to 40.129 hz with two ports! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

with one port it will be tuned to 28.375 hz!

so i would go with the two ports.

u want the box tuned to 35hz?

if so let me no i will design up the box with a vent. its up 2 u
