I was bout to start my big 3, and looked at the positive cable from the alt to the stock batt in the trunk, and it is welding cable, and is huge, looks to be 1/0g or thereabouts, and I was going to buy 1/0g welding cable.. but is that stock wire 1/0g?
So should I save some of my 1/0g (and a lot of time and work) and leave that giant welding cable plugged up?
I will have a AQ2200D and ZX850.4, and no screens or tv's or anything.. that's it (obviously I have my headlights and a/c and stuff lol), and I'm adding a batcap 2000 which will be wired parallel to the stock battery with that 1/0g welding cable that I'll be buying..
I used to have a ED Nine.1 and Nine.2 running off ONLY my stock 770CCA battery with 4g on the nine.1 and 8g on the nine.2 and there was very slight dimming in my headlights and that's it everything else worked fine..
So what do you guys think?
