This should be able to help you some. I watched part of the first part. Seems pretty straight forward.

I've taught myself everything I know, not saying I know everything, but the steps taken are pretty easy, as long as you can understand what you are doing, and what you need to accomplish. I just installed my first set of component speakers. I didn't have factory components, I had 4x6's, but I made a new baffle, and I made a place for my tweeters in the sail panel, which was fairly easy.
