Anybody using their Skar's sealed?

Well I very recently switched from my Skar vvx-10's to a single vvx-12. I'm loving the way the 12 is performing so far but I am throwing around the idea of doing a smaller setup and maybe using this 12 in a sealed alignment instead of the ported box its in now. Basically looking at going with a smaller sealed enclosure that tucks away into the sidewall of my trunk leaving most of the space usable again. Anybody out there running their skar vvx's sealed and if so how did you like them? I know I will lose output but that's not really what I care about. Looking to maybe get a little sq with ok output.

I sealed some 8s and they sounded terrible. It says the 8s can be sealed, but it sounded so bad I think thats an error. Alot of those strong motor 8s have issues sealed...ported the 8s and they were literally almost 6-8db louder and sounded so much better...that being said, 10s and 12s should seal fine

Robert had 2 VVX12s sealed and now has 4 in a center console in his F-150 and it sounds great and extremely clean

Likewise - I have heard Roberts sealed and it sounds wonderful!
