Anybody know how to fix a weak faceplate motor?

I got a alpine 9855 for 35 bucks off ebay recently. The deck works awesomely but the faceplate needs help opening and closing. Anybody ever replaced a motor on one before? Or if its not the motor any idea what part i should be focusing on? I really like this deck and plan to keep it no matter if i have to help it open everytime or not , but it would be nice to have it working properly.

and does it need help when in or out of the dash, had the opening issue with my 860, had to trim the dash kit because it was putting pressure on the sides of the deck

compression ratio is too high for a supercharger. LOL
