Is it easy to use?
I am considering using it this tax season.

Can you do more than one return? say I do my friends as well?

One person per order. I use it for laziness, but also with owning a house, claiming vehicle ownership tax, sold some stock options last year, etc....its just too easy to go back to paper.

Plus its free till you file, you can walk through your return, see what it does and what you should get back. You don't have to pay until you print docs or e-file.

Yup, it sucks and is kinda pricey if you have investment sales, etc.

For me its worth it as I had a large return coming and I'm lazy. A person could easily do it on paper and send it in. Which would seem a better option if you aren't in a hurry and might have to pay in anyhow.

Will be free to go through the forms though and you won't be asked for payment until you want to file or print docs. Its free up to that point so you can check it out. They don't ask me for payment info until the screen right before I submit my e-file.
