X2-On that. I wish they would have released them all at the same time. I want to see the specs on the new 15" so I can either keep running the IDQ15 v2 or step up to the v3. I would love for them to make a IDQ18 v3 and try one IB on 1kw.

small review for the short time I listened to it in my brothers car.

we had it in a 1.25cuft @ 32hz ported enclosure. seeing around 400w~ from a soundstream d'artagnan/rub500-1 bio-bridged.

This thing plays the lower frequencies much better than I expected it to and it still handles the higher frequencies smoothly and accurate just like the v.2s. I would have to say this sub is a perfect almost 'all-around' sub (not for spl obviously) It did well w/ all genres of music.

for hip hop, it stayed nice and tight and got low when it needed to. It blends the hummms from the lower bass and bass kicks together nicely without lagging behind.

for rock, it blended very well w/ the midbass and kept up with fast kicks. As similar to all the idq lines, I really like how they play notes from bass guitars.

I only listened to it for around a half an hour, so this is all I can share. another i'd like to add, I demo'd the sub right out of the box. It has not gotten through its break in yet. So it might sound even better once broken in.

My brother is sure enjoying it and so far, has not asked for his Fi Q back yet.

overall, i am impressed. very similar sound to the v.2s, but with more output and gets lower. This sub got me pondering if I should switch out my iDmax for one... or two

I would like to try these out, but when I can get the PG Rsd's for less than half the price I can't see payin this much more. I'm sure these probably sound better than the rsd's, but I doubt they sound over a $100 dollars better.

I definitely worth the price. whatever floats your boat.

Here some little pr0n for some to see.

they are just so sexy

ID has been the only other brand I've ever really been interested in for subs besides JL. I've like their products. They had some quality and supplier issues back in the day but have taken care of business and righted the ship nicely. I have a good friend in the Car Audio business and he had to eat alot of ID products.

I'd like to do an future install with these new IDQ V.3 12's. Thank you for the short review on them. Seems like they are similar to JL in the "overall" performance category with a good blend of SQ and SPL. That's What I look for.

I'd probably throw a Zapco amp on them unless I got blessed and came across an old PPI PC2150 in good condition.

They sure are a nice clean looking sub. Wish somebody around here had em so I could hear them. The only thing people in my area have is Kicker, Powerbass, MTX etc.

Well peeps, I had the pleasure of listing to the IDQ v.3 for two weeks in a 1.25 ported @ 32hz and it is one clean and smooth sounding sub even in a port. I have 5.25 chameleons and this sub compliments this set quit swell @ 80hz low passed. The tonality of this sub is just amazing, natural, tight and smooth like a hot girl : ) It has a pretty wide range response so it can hit the higher notes and can get also get low, it just really brings out the music and thanks to the suspension the transitions are just awesome. Its really seems to be an all around performer with an Image dynamic sound and it was only a 10''. I was truely impressed. Can't wait for the 15'' though.
