anybody ever worked for schwan food or know anybody that has??

Nothing too specific, but I mean its pretty obvious that the hours are going to be long. But all you do is drive around and bring people expensive frozen food.

Plus, from what I hear, Schwan is very good at rewarding their drivers with gifts, bonuses, certificates, etc.

Hmmm that is a plus to start. And most sales jobs are long hours. I mean in the pre interview he said 10 to 12 hours a day. Now if days typically ran 10 with some 12 hour days. That is cake. But if days typically were 12 hours and ran to 14 to 15 hours some days that prob wouldn't work for me so that teetering point

i know it is very very very hard to get accepted for employment but if by any chance you do you should like it
Yeah so i have heard. But I actually had called with a few questions for them. They transferred me to the head recruiting manager for the whole state of IND and IL. And at first we just spoke ( I haven't even put an application in). After speaking with him for about 10 mins (Honestly I have excellent interview skills) He goes man tell you what instead of filling out an application just come in and talk to me tuesday and i will Interview you on the spot and go from there.

U go out and sell- Basically as late as 6-7 pm, and start at 8-9 a.m.

Thats how you make your big bucks, working alot of customers, and potentials..

You can make 25k+ your first year

When my family used to have Schwan's, all the drivers seemed to like their job, were fairly friendly. Generally, employees are only friendly if their jobs are decent. There's that.
