anybody ever heard or ran a mtx 4500 10? im thinking of maybe running 4 of them off my ed nine.1...12--1450 rms....how do you think they would sound? is there a better choice of sub to be ran off this much power? also i can get them brand new for 155shipped for all 4.

well i have four 10's ALREADY so i made a choice and am not 100% happy with it. so i am using the forum as it was designed and asking questions to try to figure out what went wrong.

so like the title says any info on these subs.

MTX becouse there awsome. wtf do u want people to say?

IMO MTX over kicker they'll hold uo better open up the FQ range on the amp a little and let them play.

gotcha. i have heard both in the same box at a best buy or something like that mtx wins again it was the same box ported. both a pair of 10's the same amp.

I built two boxes for two different vehicles in the same week: one ported for a 12" MTX 4500 in a ford ranger, the other a ported dual 8" for an explorer using the CVR's.

The CVR's destroyed the 12" MTX in terms of loudness.
