Anybody ever had any items in package replaced?

Most likely powder, but with what you just said I honestly think they are trying to do you in man. You're marked as "New Member" on there. Honestly ask a mod to IP check the new kid and the "friend" I'm actually thinking this is an alternate account and he's trying to back it up with his main account.

Idk why I'm marked as new member, I joined back in 2009 and he just joined this year. I have sold/bought some items from there since then, and more than just the number of itrader i have since some items the buyer/me never bothered to post feedback. His friend does have a good feedback account and I'm not sure why he would want to risk that.

By the way, just looked it up. 40lbs of Gatorade mix sells for about $280.
Packs of 8 2.1oz sell for $6.99

16oz in 1lb. Each pound cost $7

$280 For said mix.

holy crap, that's some pretty expensive amount of gatorade right there. All i drink is water, anyways I will see what UPS says soon. I know I'll probably end up in the losing side if UPS denies the claim. At this point I got the word out there and just dont want to deal with it too much. Got my final year of school to go plus work to get a motorcycle since my honda is giving me problems.

I think technically it would only make your account go negative then. No bank deductions. Maybe he was stupid enough to pay via PayPal balance. Hopefully you're in the clear. What part of Virginia is he in?

pretty sure he paid with card since he mentioned having to pay extra fees for gift.... i'll use all the forums, PMs, and receipts I have to fight paypal. Can't give up with a fight, even if I lose. I figured the bank or his cc company should caught on something by now if he's been scamming people for a while.

He's from Fredericksburg, I'm giving this out since he's a known scammer now.

I find when dealing with PayPal, calling is the most effective route. Then when they ask you to provide proof, stay on the phone and send what they need. Honestly, all you need to send is the receipt saying the package was 27lbs, it was under $250 so no signature required, it was marked as delivered by a UPS worked, and it is NOT your problem after that. Especially since they don't have any documentation to prove otherwise.

yeah his buddy just messaged me on other forum saying he wasn't involved. I tried pming him back asking for more information but he was ban again before I could reply......

the gatorade comment was obviously pretty stupid, could've said something smarter. I need to stick with cl more for selling even if it takes longer. At least the buyer knows the items work/there and I have my cash.
