he is actually raping the buyer bad on shipping. it would not be any more than 50$ to ship the subs, i ship stuff daily and even a loaded dual 15" box is only 46$ and weighs in at 65+ pounds.

well I looked at it again it seems as though the shipping would be for the three subs and the recone parts so its not that bad actually

Yes, its for 3 subs. $30-$50 shipping for a single large sub is the norm. But shipping 3? Im confident a better deal than $140 is very possible. I may be wrong however, Im no shipping expert, just seems high to me. *shrug*

I shipped 2x 15" Fi SSds (seperate boxes) for like 16$ a peice. Fully insured, packaged with noodles and bubble wrap..got to their destination fine. U get a discount price when u print shipping labels at home instead of bringing it to a store. I just measure it and weigh it here and usually round up on everything

I think it's a helluva deal. I've thought of getting an old school Stroker dozens of times.

I've seen some pretty nice Stroker recones on ebay too. There's a guy who does one with a high roll surround. Wonder how that would do opposed to the original CV surround?

I always loved the original strokers too. But by these days there are certainly better SPL subs and DD subs. I wouldn't run a stroker unless it was purely for nostalgia.
