I have a 1997 bravada, with the electric windows and locks in the drivers door. Im looking for pointers on door panel removal, does it just pop out? I dont see any screws in it, so Im thinking it pops off?

I did one a while back....there may be 1 or 2 screws in the panel, rest should pop off, and disconnect harnesses from power controls on door.

Front Door Speaker Installation:

1. Carefully Remove The Window Crank When So Equipped Using

The Special Window Crank Removal Tool Or A Pick Tool.

2. Remove The Cover Cap Located Inside The Door Pull Cup And

Extract The (2) Screws Securing The Door Panel To The Door.

3. Extract The Plastic Screw Located Inside The Door Release

Housing Securing The Insert Trim To The Door And Remove

The Trim.

4. Using A Panel Removal Tool Carefully Pry Out On The

Parameter Of The Door To Release The Pop Pin Fasteners

Securing The Door Panel To The Door.

5. Lift Up On The Door Panel To Release From The Window Lip,

Unplug All Connectors And Remove The Door Panel.

6. Extract The (4) Screws Securing The Speaker To The Adaptor,

Pull The Speaker Out Of The Adaptor, Unplug The Speaker

Leads And Remove The Speaker.

i got a 98 jimmy

first take out the 2 screws that are under the arm rest, look hard cause they are deep in there lol

next, kinda pry up the lock/window button holder thingy thats above the arm rest

next, take a flat head screw driver(unless u have the accual tool) and around 3/4 of the panel are white xmas tree thingys... they are tricky lil bugger but if u can get the head of the screw drivers really close to it they pop off easily

next, push the window/lock controller through the loosen panel

next, lift the panel up, unhooking it from the window lip and pull back
