ya just sand all that off, it looks like it wasn't sanded at all anyways sand and refill the front of the box and smooth it down, paint!
ingleside left out like 7 steps though. after you do what he said do this as follows or it'll turn out the same:
1) sand
2) primer
3) paint
4) open beer
5) drink beer
6) kick dude in nuts for jacking your 30 bucks
7) retake pics and post them so we can all enjoy your new work

thats the diffeence from a fiberglasser and someone that knows fiberglassing, not everyone has what it takes to do the finish work. Any ******* can mix resin, not everyone has the patience to finish the work.

14) take long look at it, notice imperfections
15) sand, sand, sand
16) repaint, notice imperfections and say fvck it
