Long story short, I knew a guy that said he knew how to fiberglass. I’d figured leave it to someone with experience plus I didn’t have the time. All I had to do was pay for the parts and $30 for labor. Well he did the job and FUUUUged it up real good. He could have used bondo or something….. I honestly could have done a waaaay better job myself. The paint job was decent and so was the top, but there are too many lumps and bumps by the speakers. Any way to recover from this disaster?

I don’t wanna throw away the box because it pounds pretty hard!! Even for a sealed box its awesome!!

Yep, carpet it . Or sand off the paint, fill the imperfections with filler. Then prime and paint it again. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

MDF was used... The top is mdf. I just wanted the front to look Unique. thats why wanted to use fiberglass to accentuate the curves and give it a different look...

I am wondering why MDF wasn't used. It would have been stronger, and last time i checked you can paint MDF????
Can't make the **** look out of mdf solely. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
