Any way to fix this?

I drive a ford focus sedan and theres this platform between the back seats the the rear window. Whenever a loud bass note hits this platform moves up and down and slaps against the window. Its loud and sounds like my subs are blown or clipping or something and EVERYONE asks me whats making that noise. How can i fix this ??? iv'e tried stuffing t-shirts in between the window and platform and stuff but it doesnt help... And it cant be removed..

seriously, is there a way to secure it from underneath to the body of the car with something like plumbers strap and a few screws...or maybe some heavy duty velcro..anything?..lol..I cannot visualize what you have going on, but there has got to be a decent way to secure that thing.

take it out and put a towel under it. Or buy some deadener

This is a pic with the seats down. That whole platform above the subs bounces up and down slightly and hits the end of the back window like right where the window meets the platform.

Put a 2x4 vertically behind it and screw it down. To the floor and that panel. Fixed.
