any tips for tinting?

I've never done a strip myself, but it seems like it would be pretty difficult. Unless it's pre-cut, they sell those don't they?

Either way, it won't hurt to try. If you **** it up, you'll appreciate the professionals work that much more.

patience is key... work in a clean environment!.

get a helper.

oh yeah and clean the glass good... then after that, clean it some more..

make sure you wipe it with something that doesn't leave fibers behind.

work in a well lighted area so you can see what you miss

**** lol. well its just a strip and the tint was 15 bucks so if i cant make it work no biggy. so i put it on the outside cut to fit then clean the inside real good then clean it again and dry it with no fibers left behind then spray it down with a soapy water solution. apply tint and squeegy the bubbles out...whats the blow dryer for lol. ive also thought about gettin some masking tape and masking off around the windshield then masking about 8-10 inches down and spray it black....that sounds to ghetto though thats why i wanted to try the tint.
