My dad used to have a buddy that could make you a card to put in your direct tv receiver, we could order any channel for free. Highly illegal, but now we have basic cable and it sucks balls

HU days... Now the best way is FTA/DN, even cheaper and easier to get started too.

He doesn't know what he is talking about. A digital channel scan will only program your TV's tuner to tune in the digital channels. Assuming your TV has a digital tuner. It won't pick up anything ordered from your neighbors.

Well.. I dunno .. I guess i'm not the only one thats heard that.. but I still can't figure it out.

Its not a huge deal to me, i'm not tryin to be cheap or anything, just figured I would watch some free shit if I could.. i mean why not? I'll have to dick around with it, and maybe stop out to Rex's and probably watch them laugh at me or something.. thanks guys.. any other input is appreciated!!
