yah, i'm just all riled up even after work! i got 2 much MANORGY!. i say keep the dog live in a shytty apartment!. if you cant find a lawn or place for him to run around. go joggintg with him. unless your extreamly obese, then just put him up for sale or adoption!.

You should be able to find a 'no kill' shelter somewhere in your area, Usually you give a $60-80 dollar 'donation' but it will ensure the animal is not put down.

Not sure exactly where you are in KS but there is a listing of some non-kill shelters here
