To OP, either move somewhere else and pay a nice deposit to keep the dog, or give him to the humain society or other animal organization. He looks like a playful little bastard. Why weren't his ears clipped?

He has a full tail too. He's not a work dog and i really never cared what he looked like so there was no reason to put him through the stress. And i dont want to dump him off at the human society where he'd likely just get put to sleep.

yah, i'm just all riled up even after work! i got 2 much MANORGY!. i say keep the dog live in a shytty apartment!. if you cant find a lawn or place for him to run around. go joggintg with him. unless your extreamly obese, then just put him up for sale or adoption!.
