last time i went blading outside i cought something with one of my skates and did a face-plant. twas no fun.

lawl...I used to go with all my cousins and aunt to some park in Cincinnati and blade all day. When I was 13 we went down "devil's backbone" toward the OH river

Used to skate a lot, but that was late 70's/early 80's. Later on I played roller hockey for a few years, but prefer ice hockey.

So what kind of music you spinning? Any good old school skating stuff? One's I remember the most:

i do about everything. late night is mostly rap. earlyer times are mostly geard to younger kids. i try to sneak in some of the classic stuff. like atomic dog, double dutch buss, apache, things along those lines.

I had no idea that skating rinks still existed...good to hear, as i had tons of fun as a kid skating and " dim the lights its time for "couples only" brought back some good old memories...First kiss was in a skating rink...Carol M., **** she was cute...

I might have to go skating now, should be disastrous and will come on here and curse you when I break my hip...LOL...

I have a skating rink about 150 yards from my house. We always say we are going to go on "Sou l Night" which is once a month and always crowded. African Americans galore fill that place up then.

No way man, I ran the 911 Chameleons last year on a proline plate with cannibals, im back on mold school 395s on a hyperlite now. I didnt think anyone else here was into it.

I also have a few golds and silvers from Nationals on quads and inlines. Ive grew up at a rink, coach a speed team, and still jam on breaksk8 (broke sk8 lol)
