Any recommendations on improvement?

I got a MTX 8000 12 inch 2002 model inside a 0.8 cubic foot sealed....

any sort of recommendations on making it sound better/louder/ any kind of improvement besides building a new box...

How do i know how much is what weight??

I had an old pillow lying around that has about half of its fillings left... how much weight is that considered to be? (its quite compressed)
