Any one here use Precision Power Amps?

I was looking at these too. The best I could figure out is the CEA power is what it is rated at 4ohms. The additional power is what it does at 1ohm, which they are stable to. So the D2000/1 is 1150RMS @ 1 ohm and the D3000 is 1475 @ 1ohm. Based on the pricing this seems to be in line. They make it confusing though.

What I meant was my mono load will be 1.5 ohm, my question was is that "Additonal Power" means RMS, the PP website list no RMS power
Sorry, I guess I wasn't clear on what I was trying to say. The additional power rating from what I can tell would be what the amplifier puts out at 1 ohm RMS, which I listed in my first post. But if you are running a 1.5 ohm load then the amplifier will not produce as many watts as it does at 1 ohm.
