Any one have experience with vehicle specific/low profile set ups?

Finally moved from an SUV to a car with a trunk. The days of 1 18" sub or 4 8" subs are over for me. I want to try something new with this car which is actually being able to retain my trunk and still allow easy access to the spare tire. (Getting a spare out with an 18" sub is not easy..)

So far I have found these options-

It seems I can either go for a vehicle specific enclosure and put something in the wheel well or a compact powered sub and put it under a seat.

Any recommendations? Car is a 2015 WRX by the way.
