Any Ideas??

I am putting 3 neon lights inside my car one in the back windsheild and 2 on the ceiling. I really dont feel comfortable drilling holes in top of my car so i tryed to use velcro which it worked for a while and now it wont work. So i was wondering if any of you guys had some way to mount these lights on top of my ceiling.
