oh what about just the 4 pa's? would those be pretty loud? my freind has a 15inch kicker l7 and i would like to compare to it

It's very hard to tell. We don't know anything about your friend's setup or those Planet Audio subs aside from the fact that they're rated at 125 RMS.

I would venture to guess that a ported L7 in a good box with at least 1000 watts going to it would get considerably louder than four of those tens sealed.
