Another weird sound issue

Sometimes the sound gets a bit lower, then gets normal again, only listening to FM radio. It does not do this when streaming music via wired Apple Car Play, or via Bluetooth. If I change radio stations when it gets lower, it goes back to normal again. Any ideas? Bad FM tuner maybe? I solved my other sound issue, bad tweeters, I changed them, and all is good other than this current issue.
