erm..hello.
Yes, that's right! ANOTHER useless thread about some bullshit.

But for real though. I'm talking to everyone who has gotten their ears guaged/stretched. Im going this evening to get mine guaged form a 16(normal piercing size) to a 10 and wondering how big is TOO big?

well i lied they arent 16..I went and tried in the 12 I had laying around and it fits without stressing the lobe. I may go to an 8 if they have the jewelry. Dime size is what I am going for, I was hoping someone would say that..lol

oh and pain is a great feeling, I have a very high pain tolerance.

good luck gauging it that big that quick. you're in for some fun
16 to 10 really isnt that bad, what sucks is when you have no choice for jumping from a zero guage to a double zero guage //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif i guess there are tapers though

personally not a fan of guaging here, but small guages can look good on some people, 0 gauge tops i think

so once ure old and they need to come out you will look like this?

I think 0 is big as I will go. i was told it would take right around 4-6 weeks to go from a normal piercing to a 0 ga. But since I fit the 12 in earlier, I am ahead of the game a bit.

lol..they wont be that big, not close:laugh:. I have come to learn the hard way that life is too short to sit and talk and not do. You live once, life is too short and I want to live my life to the fullest.

and hey, this is a free piercing for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif...

Furthest I have been this year is a 4 gauge, and my ears are 100% back to normal, looks like I just got them pierced.

The trick is doing it properly, don't rush it, go 16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2-0 and try not to skip too many. When you skip gauges, you tear your earlobe rather than stretching it, causing it to not be able to heal back up.

I've heard you can go up to 0 PROPERLY and go back to normal.

That is what I have been told, word for word. I'm at a 12 right now, im going to go to either a 10 or an 8 depending. I have always liked the way a stretched ear looks, to an extent.

But anywho im off to the shop fellas, be back with pics/results hopefully. By the way im out of state so hopefully they dont screw me over...//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif:cool:

Personally I am not a fan at all....I have 16 in mine and that's all the bigger i will get.....you will regret it later in life....like getting a job that doesn't require you to flip burgers.
