Another sub suggestion/comparison!

I was planning on trying the new GCON 10" sub, but may have the opportunity to get a lightly used JL Audio 12W6v2 for $220. I was going to stay with a 10" sub to save some space, but I figured the JL was priced well and might be worth getting instead. I know the GCON is a new sub, so I don't know how many people have had experience with it, but it seems all of the other SSA subs do really good. Will have either sub in a custom ported box, if that's the best box option? Also for a while I will be using my current amp which provides 450 watts to the sub, until I am able to sell it and upgrade to one with some more power (600-750 range). What do you think is the better option?

I am biased towards the Gcon, //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif but to be honest, that is a pretty good price for that W6. Space wise, I think the W6 12 can survive in a similar size sealed box as the Gcon 10. 450watts is plenty for either driver.
