Another stupid wiring question

I'm replacing my factory stereo in a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with:

Alpine 9886 (LOVE this head unit)

4 Polk db651's

2 Infiniti Reference 3.5" tweeters

Infiniti Basslink amp

Audiobahn 4004T amp

So the question is...the factory unit has seperate wires for the tweeters. But the Alpine only has the four preouts, i.e., 4 speakers, plus preouts for the sub. So how the heck are the tweeters wired? Are they joined to the fronts? Sorry, it's probably a stupid question for the knowledgeable guys here but I'm stumped.

Thanks in advance for any answers / advice. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif

well im guessing you run comps and am also assuming they came with a passive crossover... the passive crossover will split the signal between the mid and tweeter, after the amplifier.. the full signal is sent through the preouts (unless processed otherwise in the head unit) to the amp

No, none of the speakers are comps (assume you mean component system speakers) so there were no crossovers included. Assume then that I need to pick up a pair (of crossovers)to split the signal from front to tweeter?

Thanks for the info!
