Another new kid (with small system)

Hey everyone, my names Mohammed, I go by Mo. I've been into car audio for a little bit now due to my friends addiction. Being around him slowly got me into nice clean sounding systems. My friend helped me out and we put a little tiny system into my 2000 Toyota Celica GT-S (picks and info below). I'm hoping to learn much much more about car audio over the years, hopefully building a bigger and better system for a new car. I don't want to really keep the Celica much longer after this and I plan on upgrading to a Lexus IS300 later this year.

As for more personal stuffs, I'm a sophomore in college and working at a chain grocery store as a cashier. I make decent money, enough to slowly save enough for better quality products.

* Rockford Fosgate Power T1652-S Component Speakers

* JBL Audio GTO1004 Amp 600w

* 10" Kenwood KFC-W2512 Subwoofer

Thanks man. And these pics are from the initial install, its a lot better now. The amp is mounted on the back side of the box, and the wires are tucked away better so it looks much much different than these pics. Theres were the only ones i had right now

Hahahah me and my friend were joking about putting 4 10's into it powered by an Audioque 2200d. Maybe using the same speakers and adding another set. We did some measurements of the trunk and a ported box for 4 10's would fit lol. But if i were serious about more bass in this car, I would probably put 2 12's into it or maybe 3. Ive never done a lot of measurements so im not sure if they would fit or not.

That car should get pretty loud. you could do 2 tens on a ported box with max specs and I bet it would get dam loud

Yeah man i love my Celica. Its just in terrible condition and I really cant afford to keep up with it. Technically it's considered totaled //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

i say just go for 2 better subs and do the big three you should be fine. Rf should be able to keep up with all that goin on
