I just follow the rules never had an issue. But I know this is like the 5th thread I have seen with people having issues. This is the first one I think might of been a little wrong. But I think the OP handled it all wrong in his posts there from what I read. It would of been easier to just say no I am not a dealer I just have a hook up on some wire and passing the saving on to the users here.
That indeed does not make him a dealer, by any law, IRS, State or any one else why would caco need to make him pay $75 to be a "dealer" when he is not. Makes no sense and maybe I am missing something.

But I don't know all the facts...

Ok, lets' say for argument sake he was profiting from each sale. He probably purchased the wire for 10 cents a foot and is selling it for 20 cents a foot. He would have to sell 750 feet of wire per month just to pay the vendor fee.

I only shop on CACO, so I can't say anything about the intelligence of that group.

But, it's overtly said that most people on this site are idiots.

CACO.com is overly protected by mods,

And CA.com is never protected by mods.

Oh I agree. But if he is a real "dealer" and I don't think he is he could make the $75 easy. But from what I have read and seen he is not a real "dealer" making his post just a user posting wire. Now if he followed all the rules on caco and I think he did because he was a power seller and does not need new photos for the same item. I remember his photo having an old date but that should not be an issue since he is a power seller and has a crap load of feedback.

I did not see any issues with his post, but I was not looking for them when I read it at the time either.
